First value: a west workspace, not a blank editor.
Infuse-SDK is a Zephyr west workspace. Initialise it from the Infuse manifest, update modules, then follow the embedded getting-started guide to build and flash a sample.
Before you start
You need a working Zephyr command-line environment (west, toolchain, and a board you can flash). Confirm Zephyr’s blinky runs on your hardware first — then install Infuse-SDK as its own workspace.
Supported silicon today: Nordic nRF52, Nordic nRF53, Nordic nRF91, Nordic nRF54L, STMicroelectronics STM32L4x. Need a chipset we don’t list? Talk to us .
Install Infuse-SDK
Do not git clone the repo and run west update in place. Use west init so the Infuse manifest pulls Zephyr and the rest of the workspace.
mkdir ~/infuse cd ~/infuse west init -m https://github.com/Embeint/infuse-sdk.git west update pip install -U -r ~/infuse/infuse-sdk/scripts/requirements.txt
Windows: use %USERPROFILE%\infuse instead of ~/infuse. A different folder is fine if you update the paths.
Then build a sample
Board-specific build and flash steps live in the docs — they change with Zephyr and board targets. Follow Embedded Getting Started (opens in a new tab) next.
Moving from FreeRTOS, ThreadX, Mbed, RIOT, or bare metal? Book a discovery call — that is a first-class reason to start here, not a sales detour.
